The LYVAH User App is designed with our passengers in mind so that we can provide the best ride sharing experience for you. Our service is convenient, safe, and reliable, and our App is easy to use for your convenience. We also have many security features for your comfort.


SHARE YOUR TRIP.
You can share your ride details with your friends and family. This will help you stay connected with your loved ones while you are traveling. This will also inform them of your pickup and drop-off locations for your safety.


SERVICE CATEGORY.
We have many different service vehicles available to choose from. Each service has different rates which you can check on the price and availability by tapping the icon before booking your trip. You will be able to see a maximum of 15 vehicles available in your zone.


GENDER MATCHING.
LYVAH has designed an excellent security feature for gender matching available to our female passengers. For comfort and security reasons our female passengers have the option to choose a female driver. This will allow you to enjoy your ride stress-free especially during the night. LYVAH is encouraging and hiring many female driver partners to join our team.


MULTIPLE STOPS.
We provide our passengers the flexible option to enter multiple stops during their ride. This feature will help them save money and time on their trips. Our riders can enter up to a maximum of 3 stops per trip, and for each stop the break should not exceed 3 minutes. If your stop exceeds 3 minutes, then your trip fare will change.


CHANGE YOUR DESTINATION.
At Lyvah we understand that life happens and sometimes you need to change direction based on your situation. Our App allows our riders to change their intended destination in the middle of the journey. You don’t even need to communicate with the driver. We will advise our Driver partner of your change in destination, and they will receive the revised location. The change in location may change your original trip fare. How’s that for easy?


RIDE LATER.
Sometimes we just need to plan ahead. Our passengers can conveniently schedule their ride in advance by selecting the button "ride later."


FARE ESTIMATE.
Our customers can easily get a price estimate before booking their trips. Various service vehicles have different pricing. Our price estimates will show you the break down of each vehicle per trip. If the distance or time of your trip changes, then the price estimate may change accordingly.


TIPS AND RATE THE DRIVER.
At Lyvah we are always striving to improve the quality of our service. Therefore, we have provided our customers with the opportunity to share feedback on their trip experiences by rating their drivers. Although your tip is included in the pre-arranged fare, if you feel that your driver provided exceptional service, you are free to reward the driver by giving an additional tip.


REFER AND EARN.
Every Lyvah customer will get a unique registration code when you download the Lyvah App. You can find this in the App under "REFER AND EARN". Through this feature you will be rewarded by LYVAH (depending on the promotion) by sharing the code with your friends and family.


MULTIPLE PAYMENT OPTIONS.
We are all about convenience. Our LYVAH User App has multiple payment options to pay for your fare, such as credit, wallet, and cash. However, currently LYVAH is offering only credit card payment as an option for our users while we work on implementing the other solutions.
